You are responsible for full payment of the time you reserve. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for individual services. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for and any service combination. A deposit may be required when booking selected services. 48 hours (2 Business Days) is required for all Holiday season cancellation. Your gilt certificate serves as a guaranteed payment for the time you reserve.
